CSGO.Dreamlife.Ro General Regulations ♦ For Players + Admins + V.I.P ♦ 1. Using any type of codes or bugs found on the server used in your own interest = PERMANENT BAN! 2. The maximum lines that the default config must have is 250-300 lines, if you exceed you will be fined for 10 minutes, the admin must first notify you to delete the config because you have exceeded this limit and you will receive a ban 10 minutes to delete/change it! 3. Advertising on our server is strictly prohibited! Whether it is to a forum or any other server. = PERMANENT BAN! 4. You are not allowed to do business with your items from our server on other servers! Whoever will be caught doing this will have their account deleted, and if they are V.I.P or Admin, they will receive remove + ban + deleted account. 5. You are not allowed to sell your items for real money. Whoever will be caught doing this will have their account deleted, and if they are V.I.P or Admin, they will receive remove + ban + deleted account. 6. Insults addressed to any player as well as admin are punished with GAG. 7. Insults on the server are punished with GAG 3/5/10 Minutes and if it continues Ban 120 Minutes. 8. Serious insults, taken to the extreme (those of dead, injured family members, relatives, etc.) are punished with a PERMANENT FINE! I don't think anyone would like to be cursed like that, especially if one of the parents/relatives has a health problem. 9. Your name on the game must contain at least 3 characters! Penalty: Kick. 10. Strafe/Bunnyhop is prohibited for players, this movement is punished with a PERMANENT BAN (here those who have steam-off are excluded, they are asked to change their cs in order not to receive a ban)! For players who benefit from V.I.P, it is allowed only within the limits of common sense and is punished with a Kick/Ban of 10 minutes for the reason of "strafe" 11. You are not allowed to climb on the texture (map). On the first offense you get a slay and on the 2nd offense you get a 10 minute ban on the "texture" reason. 12. If you see a possible coded one, report it to U@ (team "U" chat / say_team + shift + 2 ). Careful! Do not abuse this, that is to announce 1000 times. Twice is enough. [U@ abuse = Ban 10 wonders] 13. ATTENTION FREE GAME The CT team is allowed to camp with a feel-good rush. 14. On the Plant-Defuse maps, the T team is allowed to camp (in the case where those from ct give rush) 15. On the awp_bycastor_32 map, you are not allowed to camp in the CAVE! Penalty: SLAY! 16. On the maps where the hostages are located, the game will unfold as follows: T has the obligation to guard the HOSTAGES, and CT to rescue them. If a CT is caught doing CAMP instead of rescuing hostages they will get SLAY from an admin! 17. Begging on the server is punished with GAG 1-3 Minutes for "begging". If you continue to ask even after you have received the GAG, then you will be sanctioned with a 15-minute BAN for "begging". 18. Try not to bother the admins with all kinds of nonsense, ask them for help if you need it or report the coded on U@, but if you bother them with other things you will receive GAG 1-3 minutes / Ban 5 minutes . 19. The Chat-Tag must not contain vulgar words! Whoever is caught not respecting this will be banned from changing their tag. 20. You are not allowed to use obscene/vulgar nicknames, etc. The admin has the obligation to change your name. 21. Borrowing your account is strictly prohibited! Whoever is caught doing this will receive a PERMANENT BAN + deleted account. 22. The STAFF is not responsible for the scam between you players! Any trade / gift is done at your own risk! But if an admin does this, he will be sanctioned with remove. (You need proof, preferably a DEMO) 23. Whoever will be caught trying to scam or cheat another Player / Admin / V.I.P will be fined 5 days + account deleted! If the respective individual is an Admin or V.I.P and tries to cheat/scam, he/she will be stripped of the rank + PERMANENT BAN+ deleted account! We recommend you to film when you trade with someone! A DEMO is recommended, we do not accept pictures. 24. If only BunnyHop results from the Wargods testing, no permanent ban will be given, but the player will be asked by the admin to reinstall his cs and will be fined for 10 minutes. • The 'Monitorul' method is strictly prohibited on our server! This is sanctioned with the following: a) For the first violation: Ban 120 minutes on the grounds of "prohibited monitor" b) For the 2nd violation: Ban 1200 minutes for the reason "monitor prohibited" c) For 3-violation: Permanent ban on the grounds of "prohibited monitor" ♥ Admini Rules ♥ 1. The main priority of the administrations is to take care of the server and to prevent the possible coded ones. Whoever does not respect this rule and wants the degree just to be someone on the server will get REMOVE without discussion. 2. If there are more than two admins on the server (ex: 3 admins), one of them will automatically be spec if a player is reported on u@. 3. Your presence is mandatory on the FORUM! Admins have the obligation to respond with PROS / CONS + arguments to requests + to have a BAN LIST where they can post their permanent given bans. 4. All Admins are required to have a BAN LIST where they can post their given bans! The given bans must be posted daily to keep a record + who will be caught without a BAN LIST and if it appears in the logs that the respective admin banned a player and did not post it, he will receive a WARN/REMOVE! P.S: BAN LIST is mandatory only for permanently issued bans. 5. If you have access to us on the server and you have a degree on another server, the Admin will be removed automatically! Why? Because we prefer you to be active on our server and not on another / others. 6. If you are absent for more than 3 days, you have the obligation to notify one of the high-ranking admins (CO-OWNER above) and if you are absent for more than 15 days, make an absence request. 7. If you are absent for more than 15 days and do not apply for absence, grade it yourself. can be removed! The request is made in the specific category (ABSENCES / WITHDRAWALS) according to the model and not on other social networks! 8. If an admin lends his access or tells someone his password, he will be removed from STAFF ( REMOVE ). 9. Admins who are caught using vulgar or trivial language will be sanctioned as follows: The first time will be sanctioned with + 1 WARN, the 2nd time with -1, and for the 3rd violation REMOVE! 10. Admins who are caught promoting other servers or forums will get REMOVE without discussion! 11. Admins are not allowed to modify the cvar variables of the server. 12. Admins are not allowed to ban on the grounds of "pa", "tpp" or other stupid reasons, whoever is caught doing this will get -1 / REMOVE! 13. Admins have the obligation to maintain a civilized language on the FORUM as well as on Discord! First deviation: + 1 WARN, 2nd deviation: -1, 3rd deviation: REMOVE 14. Admins are not allowed to apply commands to each other! The exception is from the Co-Owner level up, but this must have a well-founded reason! Otherwise, you will receive WARN / REMOVE / Suspend for 3 days! 15. If you see that an admin is banning players for no reason, then you are allowed to ban him too and then quickly notify one of the Founders! You are allowed to kick the helpers + don't forget the PROOF. 16. Try not to abuse your access because as it was given to you, it can also be taken away! Respect the rules and don't favor anyone! [ Penalty = -1 / + 1 WARN / REMOVE] 17. You are not allowed to BAN / GAG / KICK yourself! 18. Whoever will be caught abusing the slap without reason will receive: For the first violation + 1 WARN, the 2nd time with -1, and for the 3rd violation REMOVE! 19. Whoever will be caught abusing the chat commands (say / tsay / psay etc) without using them for informative purposes will be sanctioned as follows: First offense: + 1 WARN, the 2nd time with -1 , 3rd offense = Suspend 7 days! 20. When you make a demo, film a maximum of 5 rounds or a maximum of 2 - 3 minutes! If you present a demo of one round or 30 seconds, we have no conclusions to draw from it because it is too short (only if the situation is clear). 21. If you see an admin using a code, give him a DEMO and complaint and notify one of the Founders! You are not allowed to apply commands on it. [ REMOVE ] Except if a Founder is not online / won't respond to messages, then you can ban him. 22. If an admin uses obscene/vulgar/trivial language, take a picture and file a complaint!!! Do not use commands on it. [ REMOVE ] 23. Don't make fun of the server and be respectful to the players!!! If you don't respect this, you get REMOVE 24. Votemap is given in the last 8 minutes of the map and changes in the last 4-5 minutes! 27. If an admin offers to vote (in case no vote was given), and the rest agree with this, he has the right to change. 28. Before giving amx_votemap, check which maps were played in the last 5 maps. 29. The map can only be changed by the person who voted! Not by anyone else. [ Penalty = -1 / + 1 WARN ] 30. If you have received a complaint, you have 24 hours to respond to it. Otherwise [ REMOVE ] 31. Administrators must respect each other! Even if it has a higher or lower degree! [ Penalty = -2 / +2 warn ] 32. Do not ban the IP class!! Only if it is ABSOLUTELY necessary and the ban should be a maximum of 30 minutes or put the ip in quotes (eg "ip"). 33. If you have read this far, then to the question "Have you read the regulation?" (from admin request) you will answer with "Liberte, egalite, fraternite" 34. When you are a spectator, use the command amx_spectate. 35. Admins can only be checked by those with the Co-Owner rank and above. 36. Both players and admins are not allowed to monitor or tell each other on discord where the other players are - if one of the players is DEMO, this excuse will not be accepted. (in case he is caught, he receives a 30-minute ban due to discord+server) 37. If a complaint was made to an admin who has the Pre-Manager degree or higher, it will be resolved by the Founder! 38. You are not allowed to kick afk (only if sv-l is 32/32) 39. At night only played maps will be played, generally 2x2 maps, awp_india, de_dust2 / de_inferno / css_dust2, in no case large and unplayed maps (amr/aztec/barcelona/assault) 40. UP requests are made only on the forum, if you privately ask another Owner to give you an up, you risk getting REMOVE. ♥ Regulament V.I.P ♥ You are not allowed to climb on high textures where some players cannot reach or camp on them. If Wargods scan won't work, try to run it with "Run as Administrator" or make sure you have Wargods for your version of Windows. We recommend that you have Windows 10. • The granting time for a Wargods test is 5-7 minutes! The time allowed for photos is 3-5 minutes! Those who do not comply will receive -1. • Once you have put a player on the spec for Wargods, you have the obligation to give him instructions + take care of him + be a spec at the same time. The CFGs that appear after the Wargods scan and are passed as Whitelisted, will not be sanctioned! If in the Wargods test there are cfgs that contain aliases, the admins will ban the respective player for 15 minutes on the reason "cfg with aliases / change cs" When an admin requests a Wargods scan from a player, he will proceed as follows: > He will place himself as a spectator and will place the player as a spectator, giving him the necessary information to create the Wargods > If the player has clean Wargods, the admin will write the player's name in the clean chat.
